EXTENDED WARRANTY
You can extend the warranty for your personal SecuriLed Torch at this website to a maximum of 3 years after purchase date.
This extension is a prolongation from the normal warranty (normally two years) held by the supplier where you bought the product.
This warranty extension is based on following criteria to be fulfilled:
1. PROOF OF PURCHASE
You need to have a receipt from where you bought the product.
Receipt should show date, price, name of seller and Company tax registration number (TVA/VAT)
2. PROOF OF REGISTRATION
You need to have had your products unique serial number registered at this website.
Registration must be made within one year after purchase. (From date on receipt)
3. COMPLETED PRODUCT REVIEW
You need to write and publish a product review regarding the product.
Review must be made within 6 months of purchase (From date on receipt)
All three requirements must be fulfilled for you to be able to claim warranty extension.
If you need to make a claim, please contact info@securiled.com and explain your problem.
We will then contact you and come up with a solution.
If the faulty product needs to be repaired or exchanged by us, we will ask you to fill in a product warranty report.
We will also need a copy of the receipt.
Please note that serial number registration and product review have deadline targets to make your claim eligible.
Do not forget to register your unique serial number and to write a review in time.
Warranty is valid for fabrication faults of the torch main components.
Normal wear and accidental damage is not under warranty.
All shipping costs needed for transport of goods is held by the customer.
