SecuriLed by WIR-TEC have a standard shipping fee of 10 Euro on all orders within Europe (EU).
No hidden fees or service charges.
Shipment to countries outside Europe has a standard shipping fee of 15 Euro.
SHIPPING
Ordered items will be sent as postal freight by the Luxembourgish Postal Service, P&T.
DELIVERY TIME
Normally your order will be shipped 1-2 days after confirmed payment.
We will inform you via E-mail if excessive delay is expected.
RETURN SHIPMENT
It is always the customer who has to stand initial shipment cost.
SecuriLed by WIR-TEC s.a.r.l. will not pay reception fees or pay for under-franked incoming postal goods.
If returned goods are valable for warranty repair or exchange, then SecuriLed by WIR-TEC will cover return transport cost back to the customer.
Important is to always contact us before sending a return shipment.
